DUBAI: Decision Review System (DRS) has arrived at second edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL) as the second round (play-off) of the tournament begins today.

PSL has become the first T20 league in the history of cricket to use the review system.

According to PSL’s verified Twitter account, each team will be allowed to make one review request per innings.

“DRS arrives at the #HBLPSL party! Each team is allowed to make one Player Review request per innings. Let the games begin!,” the Twitter account read.

The decision to implement DRS comes after umpires were scrutinised for making poor on-field judgments multiple times in the tournament.
