LONDON: England all-rounder Moeen Ali, who took 3 wickets in the second innings of Old Trafford Test against Pakistan, appreciated Saqlain Mushtaq as “great coach and a great guy”.
Saqlain was brought in by England Cricket Board (ECB) to train the struggling spinner after he went for plenty in the first test at Lord’s Cricket Ground, which Pakistan won by 75 runs.

In the second Test, Moeen Ali made a remarkable comeback bagging five wickets.

Meanwhile, Saqlain faced severe criticism from some sections of Pakistani cricket fans for taking England job.
However, former cricketer Azhar Mahmood came to rescue his mate, saying those blaming Saqlain for taking England job need to realize that coaching is a profession.
