After busting cricket match, CM vows ‘sport support’

HYDERABAD: After playing the devil with an Under-19 cricket match by having his helicopter landed in the middle of Niaz Stadium Hyderabad, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah  Friday said that provincial government fully committed to promote sports

‘” We will provide maximum opportunities to youth to involve in healthy sports activities in the province,” the chief minister told U-19 cricket teams (from Quetta dna Hyderabad) that were silently protesting the Sindh government’s ‘VIP Culture.’

A quondam CM Sindh, who had absolutely no qualms  about butchering an ongoing game, said that the provincial government was fully committed to carry  out sports activities and bring the talent forward so that the players  could earn good name for the country and the province. The irony is unmistakable.

In the end, he appreciated Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for organizing  Under-19 cricket matches at  Niaz Stadium and assured full cooperation from the government in providing maximum facilities to organizers.–Samaa/APP
