Bangla Bating Women Cricket 6Th Wick

KARACHI:  Pakistan women cricket team defeated Bangladesh by 29 runs in their first T20 match in Karachi, Samaa reported Wednesday.

Bating first, the Pakistan Women scored 124 with loss of five wickets in 20 overs. Chasing the target, Bangladesh Women could score only 95 with fall of seven wickets.

Bismah Maroof was declared player of the match with highest score of 65 (57), followed by Javeria Khan’s 44 (43).

From Bangladesh side, Ayasha Rahman and Fargana Hoque contributed 46 runs, scoring 23 each.
Nahida Akter and Nigar Sultana played their T20I debut.

The match was played at Southend Club Cricket Stadium, Karachi.

Pakistan Women are now leading the 2-match series 1-0. The second match will be played on Oct.1. The series also comprises two one-day matches. – Samaa
