Staff ReportCAPE TOWN: Pakistan leveled two-match Twenty20 series 1-1 by defeating South Africa in today’s T20 against South Africa by six runs that ended a six-game losing streak to South Africa in limited-overs games.Umar Akmal (64) and captain Muhammed Hafeez (63) helped to pile up the total to 178. These two vital wickets were claimed by Steyn. Parnell and Phangiso got one wicket each. South Africa were set 177-run target. The Pakistani pacers cut the Proteas’ chase short sealing a 6-run win. Amla was the top scorer with 48 runs off 40 balls, followed by Duminy (47), Kock (26) and Miller (22).Shahid Afridi was the pick of the bowlers who grabbed three wickets restricting the Proteas to 170-4 at Newlands in reply to Pakistan's 176-4.Muhammed Hafeez donned the caps of Player of the Match and Player of Series. It should be mentioned here that South Africa won the first rain-washed game of the series by four runs on the Duckworth-Lewis method. –SAMAA
