LAHORE: Pakistan middle-order batsman Muhammad Yousuf has joined the rebel Indian Cricket League (ICL).

According to sources, after a long legal wrangle with the ICL, senior batsman Muhammad Yousuf has finally joined the rebel Twenty20 league. He had signed an agreement with the ICL two years ago, but following talks with former PCB Chairman Dr. Naseem Ashraf he didn’t join the league.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had sent his name for Board of Control for Cricket in India's (BCCI) governed Indian Premier League (IPL). In response the ICL started a legal recourse against Yousuf who could not feature in IPL either.

On the other hand, PCB’s Director General Saleem Altaf has said that Yousuf is going on a private visit to India.
