Freelance American social entrepreneur and documentary film maker Cynthia Ritchie says she wants to open her own Chai shop in Pakistan.
Ms Ritchie, a passionate traveler, traveled to Pakistan recently and was stunned by the absolute beauty and the hospitality of Pakistani people.
“There is no way to describe in writing the absolute beauty and hospitality of the Pakistani people; this must be experienced in person to fully appreciate,” said Cynthia Ritchie in a post shared by the US Consulate General in Karachi on its Facebook page.
“In Pakistani food, I love goat brain a lot… but my all-time favourite is Doodh Patti– I prefer it with buffalo milk and Pakistani Shahed (honey) or the special Kashmiri Chai!,” she said.
“I’d like to open up my own Chai shop in Pakistan…., ” added Cynthia Ritchie.
