کیا اس بے حس معاشرے میں پیدا ہونا میرا قصور تھا؟؟
ہمارے معاشرے میں ننھے کم سن بچوں سے زیادتی کوئی نئی بات نہیں، بے حس معاشرے کی بے حسی اس تک بڑھ گئی ہے کہ کچھ لوگوں کیلئے اب یہ عام سے بات لگنے لگی ہے۔
اس معاشرے میں شاید حیوانیت کی کوئی حد نہیں، جب ہی تو بھولی بھالی، نادان، انجان بچیاں درندہ صفت بھیڑیوں کی خوراک بن جاتی ہیں، اپنے غلیظ گناہ کو چھپانے کی خاطر یہ جانور نما انسان ان معصوم کم سن بچیوں کو اپنا گناہ چھپانے کیلئے انتہائی سفاکی سے مار ڈالتے ہیں، کبھی گلا گھونٹ کر، تو کبھی کرنٹ لگا کر اور کبھی زہر دے کر چُپ کرا دیتے ہیں۔ اکثر ان نو عمر بچیوں کے ٹکڑے کرکے بوری میں بند کرکے کوڑے کے ڈھیر تو کبھی گندے نالے میں پھینک دیئے جاتے ہیں، یہ لاشیں کبھی گٹروں سے برآمد ہوتی ہیں تو کبھی گھر کے پچھواڑوں سے، تو کبھی صحن کے گڑھوں سے۔
حالیہ واقعات پر نظر دوڑائی جائے تو جاری کردہ اعداد و شمار کے مطابق اس بے حس معاشرے میں رپورٹ کیے گئے کیسز کے مطابق روزانہ گیارہ بچوں کو جنسی زیادتی کا نشانہ بنایا جاتا ہے۔ وہ کم سن بچیاں جو والدین کی باہوں کے تیکے پر سوتی ہیں، معاشرے میں پلتے جانوروں کی حواس کا شکار ہوکر کچرے کی کنڈی سے ملتی ہیں اور یہ ہمارے معاشرے کی بھیانک شکل ہے۔
سال 2016 کے جاری کردہ اعداد و شمار کے مطابق 100 بچوں کو جنسی زیادتی کے بعد قتل کیا گیا، تاہم اصل میں یہ تعداد اس سے کئی گناہ زیادہ ہے، تعجب تو اس بات پر ہے کہ وہ معاشرہ جس کی بنیاد مذہنی اصولوں پر ہوں، اور اس مذہب میں بچوں کے ساتھ شفیق اور نرم رویے کو اولین ترجیح دی گئی ہو، وہاں ان ننھے معصوموں کے ساتھ درندگی برتی جاتی ہے۔
گھروں کی رحمتیں قرار دی جانے والی ان کم سن کلیاں کو ایسے بے رحمی سے قتل کیا جاتا ہے کہ انسانیت بھی شرما جائے۔ اپنے چاروں طرف سوالیہ نظریں دوڑاؤں تو پتا چلتا ہے کہ ہم جس معاشرے میں رہتے ہیں وہاں اکثر لڑکیوں کا مقدر میرے جیسا ہی ہوتا ہے۔
کیا بیٹیاں واقعی کچرا ہوتی ہیں کہ ان کو اپنی حواس کا نشانہ بنا کر کچرے کی ہی نظر کیا جاسکے؟ قصور میں کچرا کنڈی سے ملنے والی یہ کوئی پہلی بچی کی لاش نہیں، اس سے قبل بھی گزشتہ سال کے آغاز پر ایک اور ننھی کلی اسے طرح مسلا گیا تھا۔ اس سے پہلے بھی قصور میں ننھی بچیوں کے ساتھ زیادتی کے 12 واقعات رپورٹ ہوچکے ہیں۔
اکثر واقعات مین دیکھا جاتا ہے کہ اس گناہ کی دلدل میں دھنسنے والے اور معصوم بچییوں کے خون سے ہاتھ رنگنے والے مجرم صاف بچ نکلتے ہیں، شاذ و نادر ہی کسی ایک آدھ کو سزا کا سامنا ہوتا ہے، باقی دندناتے پھرتے اور معاشرتی نظام کو منہ چڑھاتے ہیں اور بھول جاتے ہیں کہ ان کی بھی ماں بہنیں، بیٹیاں ہیں، جو کسی دن انہی جیسے جنگلی، کسی درندے کے ہتھے چڑھ سکتی ہیں۔
سال 2016 میں بچوں سے جنسی زیادتی سمیت اغوا، گمشدگی اور جبری شادیوں کے 4139 کیس رجسٹرڈ ہوئے اور یہ تعداد 2015 کے مقابلے میں دس فیصد زیادہ ہے۔
ایک ادارے کی جانب سے جاری کی گئی رپورٹ میں ایسے افراد کے بارے میں بتایا گیا ہے جو اس مکروہ فعل میں ملوث ہوتے ہیں۔ ادارے نے ایسے لوگوں کی نشاندہی کرتے ہوئے لکھا ہے کہ ‘یہ لوگ بچوں کو پھسانے کے لیے تحائف کی پیشکش کرتے ہیں، اُن سے محبت کا اظہار اور مختلف کاموں میں اُن کی مدد بھی کرتے ہیں۔ جنسی زیادتی میں کامیابی کے بعد یہ افراد بچوں پر اس راز کو خفیہ رکھنے کے لئے دباؤ بھی ڈالتے ہیں۔
‘سماجی رابطوں کی سائٹس پر کم سن زینب کے قتل پر سخت احتجاج جاری ہے۔ جب کہ چیف جسٹس پاکستان اور چیف جسٹس لاہور ہائی کورٹ کی جانب سے واقعہ پر نوٹس لینے کا مطالبہ کیا گیا ہے۔ ذیل میں سراپا احتجاج اور بچی کیلئے انصاف کے طلبگار کچھ ٹوئٹس کا احوال درج ہے۔
