Abaan, son of Ghufran, was kidnapped near Khayaban-e-Roomi intersection in Defence.

According to our correspondent, police and Citizens-Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) carried out a joint action in Gulistan-e-Johar and recovered the child from a house late night. During the raid, two suspected kidnappers managed to flee.

The kidnappers had demanded Rs.150-million ransom.
