ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan reserved the verdict in Jahangir Khan Tareen disqualification case.

The Chief Justice of Pakistan remarked that there is contradiction in the written reply and trust deed.

The CJP also queried, “How will it prove that the property is owned by the trust?”

Jahangir Tareen is a lifetime beneficiary, not just discretionary one, the CJP said and deplored written reply filed by Tareen’s counsel advocate Sikander Bashir Mohmand.

On this, the counsel tendered apology and said the trustee may put an end to Tareen’s status of beneficiary, if so they will. –Samaa
