ISLAMABAD: Accountability Court on Wednesday has summoned former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and his two sons Hassan and Hussain for the hearing of a reference against them.
According to details, they have been summoned on 19th September by the court for the hearing of reference pertaining to one of their United Kingdom-based companies named Flagship Investment Limited.
The National Accountability Bureau had filed references against ousted prime minister and his children last week.
The bureau had also filed a corruption reference against Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar.
A copy of the report, compiled by the joint investigation team (JIT) that probed allegations of money laundering against the Sharif family, were also submitted earlier by the accountability bureau.
The bureay had also submitted the details of the investigations it conducted against the members of the Sharif family members.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif had ousted Nawaz Sharif as prime minister on 28th July and ordered the accountability bureau to file references against the Sharif family in six weeks after completing investigation.
The accountability bureau had also summoned the members of the Sharif family but they did not appear for the inquiry.
