ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said on Monday that all opposition parties were on the same page regarding the resignation of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
Addressing participants of an event, Bilawal Bhutto said that Nawaz Sharif had lost the moral authority to continue as the country's premier.
"Nawaz Sharif should tender his resignation now," said Bilawal.
The Bhutto scion said that if the Prime Minister did not resign, then PPP will prepare its strategy.
"The public will be informed of the party's next step in case he does not resign," said Bilawal.
He also paid tribute to media personnel, highlighting the fact that several journalists had laid down their lives while doing their duty.
"PPP and the media have together battled dictatorship," he said.
