ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has taken notice of Abid Sher Ali's statements and asked him to refrain from issuing inappropriate statements, a brief statement issued from the PM's Media Wing here on Wednesday said.

The statement came after Abid Sher Ali urged PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to bring his father Asif Ali Zardari back to Pakistan.

"Where was your aunty Ayyan Ali taking money? Your mother Benazir Bhutto was named in the Panama Papers," he said.

He further said that PTI leaders would be held accountable for their lies and u-turns.

"Those who have wasted precious time of the nation should be taken to task," he said, adding that Sheikh Rashid will find no place to shame. - SAMAA
