IED blast kills two children in Balochistan

JAFARABAD: Two children were killed when an Improvised Explosive Devise (IED) exploded in the Goth Mohammad Eid area of Sohbatpur in Balochistan.

The blast occurred Friday morning.

According to the political administration, police has sealed the area and a search operation is currently under way.

The boy and the girl who were killed were siblings. Aisha was eight years old whereas Aijaz was 10 years old.

They were playing outside when the blast occurred.

Their remains have been shifted to the nearby hospital for autopsy. – SAMAA
