A case was registered on Monday against three law enforcers accused of torturing four prisoners in Faisalabad Central Jail.

The incident occurred on April 3. “From now on, such an incident will not happen, and the accused will be punished for sure,” jail superintendent Noor Hussain said.

“When I went to visit my son, he showed me his wounds. Blood was coming out of a wound on his back. No medicine was applied to it, and he was getting no treatment,” said a family member of one of the prisoners.
