PMD reports minor earthquake in Karachi

It had a depth of 10 kilometres

A minor earthquake was felt in Karachi Wednesday evening, the Pakistan Meteorological Department said.

The quake had a magnitude of 3.0 on the Richter scale and depth of 10 kilometres, according to the PMD’s National Seismic Monitoring Centre

It originated 40 kilometres north of Karachi.
