Five officers of the Counter-Terrorism Department in Karachi robbed a shop in the SITE Area and tortured the shopkeeper Monday night, according to the police.

According to the police in the area, the officers had been fired by the department a few days ago after which they committed the crime.

They also took away a huge amount of cash from the shop. The police are on a lookout for them.

“Their mobile phones have been switched off,” an officer said. The police haven’t been able to trace the weapons used in the crime as well.
