Bus driver arrested for the deaths of seven people

Six schoolgirls were killed in the March 30 accident

A bus driver has been arrested for causing a traffic collision in Bhakkar that caused the deaths of seven people on March 30.

His speeding bus hit a rickshaw, killing all of the people travelling in it. Six of the victims were schoolgirls on their way home after giving their class nine exam paper. The seventh victim was the rickshaw driver.

The transport company that employed the driver has also been banned, according to the police.
