Azad Jammu and Kashmir bans tourists for 10 days

The Azad Jammu and Kashmir government has imposed a ban on all tourists from July 19 to July 29.

The step has been taken to control the increasing cases of coronavirus in the region.

“The tourist spots and tourist activities will remain suspended for 10 days,” the government said in a statement.

Elections in the region are scheduled for July 25.
