A swarm of locusts hovered over Karachi on Monday. The insects even swarmed a private school in Karachi's Bahadurabad. The school administration locked the children inside the school building and closed all the windows.

Locusts were spotted in different places in Malir and on Sharae Faisal too.

Experts say locusts pose no threat to humans.
