Leopard dies after being captured in Abbottabad

A leopard was captured after it walked into a residential area in Abbottabad Wednesday afternoon. The wild animal died while it was being transported by the officials of the wildlife department to their office.

This is the third leopard to have died while being transported by the wildlife department.

Panic spread across a village in the city after people saw a leopard sitting in a field near their houses. Residents captured the leopard using ropes and handed over the big cat to the police.

The wildlife department was informed and it arrived, later on, to take it with them.
