Unquestionably, The state is responsible for the protection of every citizen if a citizen broke or not obey states law, the judiciary punishes him according to law or declares the person as a treacherous person by LEA.

What when an innocent murdered? To whom to ask and punish? Unfourtunly there’s no way at least till date. We are not only here to Sacrifice of our children’s, our homes, our faith, our needs, our dignity, and our fundamental rights also.

In the light of Islam (every law of the universe is below from Allah and Islam) and as per the Constitution of Pakistan; It is our fundamental right to ask for justice, and the responsibility of the state is to provide us justice with transparency.

If a country’s justice system is running well means we didn’t lose anything and if not means we lost everything.

No one is and shall above the law; if the law protects and treats humanity equally accordingly with Islam, otherwise it is nothing but just a piece of paper.
