Two women posing as domestic workers rob Rawalpindi family

April 13, 2019

Two women robbed a family and flee the scene in Rawalpindi’s Abbasia Town on Saturday.

They had been hired as domestic help two days earlier. The suspects allegedly drugged the family and stole Rs60,000 in cash and gold before fleeing.

The owner of the house said the two suspects were working at her neighbour’s home and approached her for a job. “I hired them. They worked for a day. The next day they mixed drugs in my tea so I fell unconscious. They robbed us and left,” she said.
