Three Punjab MPAs suspended for arguing with deputy speaker

April 26, 2019

Three Punjab Assembly MPAs’ memberships have been suspended for arguing with the deputy speaker.

All three MPAs are from the PML-N.

They objected to a report presented by the standing committee on local government laws and reportedly quarreled with the deputy speaker.

Ashraf Rasool’s membership was suspended during the assembly session while Azma Bukhari and Abdul Rauf had their memberships suspended later.
