The murderer has been identified as Adnan Tariq from Jandanwala, formally from Doiyan, they are a very well known family of trouble makers, after planning this act, firing at the unarmed men who he had called via mobile phone prior to this he (Adnan Tariq) left Jandanwala, leaving his mother and sister to be arrested.
