The Sindh High Court has ordered private schools across Sindh to charge one month’s summer vacation fee.
Parents told the court that two schools have failed to follow the court orders and have asked for fees for two months.
The court ordered parents to pay the fee which schools ask for a monthly basis. The parents will be reimbursed the amount if it is found that schools have charged extra fees, it said.
The bench remarked that the schools shouldn’t be closed for any reason.
The hearing has been adjourned till May 6, Monday.
