Eight killed after passenger coach overturns in Badin

33 people have been injured

Seven people, including children, have been killed after a passenger coach overturned in Badin Friday morning. 

Another 33 were injured in the accident.

The coach was travelling from Islamkot to Karachi when its tie rod broke in the Morjhar area, causing it to overturn. A tie rod is part of a vehicle's steering mechanism.

Ten of those injured in the accident are in critical condition, according to rescue workers.

They were taken to the district hospital. Five have been referred to a hospital in Hyderabad.
