A student of class nine attacked on Monday an official of the education board with a knife after he caught him cheating at an examination centre in Islamabad.

Muhammad Ramzan, the deputy superintendent of the education board, was performing his duties as an invigilator at Model College for boys in Islamabad.

The teachers at the college have filed a complaint against the student at the Bani Gala police station for the registration of an FIR. The student hasn’t been apprehended yet.

The teachers at the college threatened to boycott exams if the student is not caught by the police.
