The government will have no problem with any deal former PM Nawaz Sharif makes, said Punjab Law Minister Raja Basharat.
Nawaz Sharif is free to meet whomever he wants inside the jail, Basharat said in an interview with SAMAA TV on Wednesday.

The PML-N leader is currently imprisoned at Lahore's Kot Lakhpat Jail after being convicted by an accountability court in the Al Azizia Steels Mills reference on December 24.
Nawaz Sharif should tell us what he wants, said Basharat. "He should say it openly that he wants to go abroad for medical treatment," he added. He advised Nawaz Sharif to submit a petition in the court if he wants to seek treatment abroad.

"The three-time PM is done chanting his 'mujhe kyun nikala [why was I removed]?' slogan. He is walking on a different path now," said the Punjab minister.
