The name of restaurants must be mentioned as this is in the interest of public. Don’t care about the owners since have no respect for their clients why should you hide their names. In Saudi Arabia, UAE such people are advertised and are defamed, so that they can not repeat such mistakes.

I had a very bad experience while travelling from Islamabad a few weeks back, on our way to Lahore on the motorway. We stopped at Bhera to refresh ourselves and visited MacDonald’s for snacks. I am fond of coffee latte and so ordered a cup. To my surprise it was one of the worst coffees I had since I have returned from abroad. Unfortunately, the quality control was not observed. The MacDonald’s management should take strict measures to maintain it’s standard as it is done worldwide

These restaurants should be even more conscious about quality of thier food as comparatively they charge high prices, I appreciate the PFA being vigilant and serving the interest ppl. These measures should not b temporarily excersised but a sustainable mechanism must be in place to monitor quality and prices.
