The annual matriculation examinations across Sindh have been delayed again in the wake of a strike by employees of the education department, provincial education minister announced.

Sindh Education Minister Sardar Shah said the preparation for matric examinations could not be completed in the wake of the strike. He said now the examinations would start from April 1.

The exams were earlier scheduled for March 21 but were postponed due to Holi till March 23. They have been postponed for the second time because of the protests by teachers.
