Man run over by water tanker in New Karachi

Two people have been injured

A man was killed after a water tanker ran over people sitting on a footpath in Karachi early Wednesday morning.

Two people were injured.

The police said that the accident occurred after the driver of the speeding tanker lost control of the vehicle.

The vehicle has been taken into police custody. The driver managed to escape, the police added.

The deceased has been identified as Sajid Siddiq.
