Karachi police tell ATC they were unable to determine why Ali Raza Abidi was killed

They submitted a final challan in the case in an ATC

The Karachi police submitted on Wednesday the final challan to an anti-terrorism court in the Ali Raza Abidi murder case. 

They have said they have been unable to determine the motive behind the murder of the former MQM leader.

Abidi, a former MNA, was shot dead outside his house in DHA on December 25, 2018.

The challan includes the statements of the four suspects arrested in the case. Another four have been declared absconders.

The names of 12 witnesses have been included in the challan. The police have also mentioned that they have matched to bullets used in the attack to another attack in Liaquatabad in 2018.
