Four people were injured in the blaze

A massive fire in the Sui gas filed in Dera Bugti has led to the suspension of gas supply to some areas in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The fire erupted early Saturday morning at the SNGPL control wall's gas field purification plant. Officials of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited say it started at the nozzles that supply gas to the compressor plant. It then spread to the main line, after which the intensity of the fire grew.
