On Friday, Khawaja Haris submitted new documents pertaining to Hasan Nawaz’s assets in London. The documents show that Nawaz’s son owns three companies there. Haris remarked that verified documents will be submitted once they get other documents too.
He pointed out that the indictment states that Hasan was under Nawaz’s care from 1989 to 1994. “It doesn’t mention anything after that,” he said.

The lawyer said that Flagship Investment was formed in 2001, while Nawaz Sharif started working for Capital FZE in 2006. “How can someone who was employed five years later be the owner?” He remarked that Nawaz didn’t submit any fake documents in the Supreme Court. “That was another case. The case in front of this court is something else,” he added.
The hearing has been adjourned till Monday.
