A political worker in Karachi was killed in the third incident of violence in the city against political workers in recent days. A MQM-Haqiqi worker was gunned down in Lines Area.
Assailants on a motorcycle shot 30-year-old Hamid outside his house and fled.
This is the third incident of targeted killing in recent days. On Tuesday, former MQM-Pakistan MNA Ali Raza Abidi was shot dead outside his house in Defence. CCTV footage captured two assailants on a motorcycle shooting him while he was in his car at his gate and fleeing.
Before that, on December 23 assailants opened fire at a PSP office in Nazimabad, killing two workers and injuring two others.
