An FIR has been registered against a man for refusing to have the oral polio vaccine administered to his child in Multan.

A case was registered against Mahmood, a resident of Gulnar Colony, at the Jalilabad police station.

The case was filed on behalf of the Punjab health department.

He has been accused of interfering with the discharge of duties by a government officer.
