The biggest issue in Karachi is water, said Imran Ismail. This will be the PTI candidate's first term in the provincial assembly after being elected from PS-111 Karachi.
The areas in his constituency are the CBC and Civil Lines.
"There's no drinking water nor is there any tap water," he told SAMAA TV reporter Ashraf Khan.
We will focus on that and bringing up the issue in the assembly, Ismail said. He said they have nothing to do with the Sindh government, nor have they ever had anything to do with the Sindh government.
This tenure will be different, he believes, because the opposition is "very strong".
He said the PTI has won quite a few seats in Karachi, while the MQM and GDA have as well. "The PPP won’t get free rights," he said.
Ismail vowed to raise his voice for Karachi’s rights during his assembly tenure.
