Imran Khan’s Valima to be held at Bani Gala: Fawad Chaudhry

ISLAMABAD: The preparations for Valima reception of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has been completed, according to the party’s spokesman.

Talking to media, PTI spokesman Fawad Chaudhry said the preparations for Valima receptions are underway, adding the ceremony of the festive occasion will be held at Bani Gala.

The invitation for Valima ceremony will be extended to select people, he said while responding a query.

Khan married for the third time late Sunday.  The party issued the pictures of the Nikah ceremony.

Imran Khan’s sisters did not attend the ceremony.

PTI spokesman Fawad Chaudhry, while speaking to Samaa, confirmed that Khan’s nikah was solemnised by Mufti Saeed, a member of PTI core committee.

Mufti Saeed was also the nikah khawan when Imran publicly entered into marriage with Reham Khan on January 8, 2015 amid reports of secret Nikah in November 2014.

Fawad Chaudhry further said that the PTI chief tied the knot in an intimate and simple ceremony, adding that details about Valima would be announced later. –Samaa
