PML-N tried to make CPEC a controversial issue: Bilawal Bhutto

MHUB: Chairman Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) tried to make China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) a controversial issue.

Addresssing a public meeting in Hub on Saturday, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that the whole nation knows who brought CPEC to Pakistan.

He said, "In 2013, Asif Ali Zardari signed the CPEC document."

The PPP chairman stated that he knows that the people of Balochistan were not treated well. He went on to say that the Baloch people were not given their rights and were not promoted.

The People's Party chief said that no one can separate Balochistan from Pakistan. "They will keep killing us and we will keep saying Jeevay Jeevay Pakistan," he added.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that the stoves are burning due to the natural gas which comes from Balochistan.

He said that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif did not give National Finance Commission (NFC) Award to the provinces of the country.

Bilawal further stated that his party was blamed for the instability of Balochistan Government. "What have we got to do with Balochistan? We do not have a single MPA there," he said.
