London Mayor Sadiq Khan speaks to business leaders, youth at Habib University

KARACHI: Mayor of London Sadiq Khan met Pakistani business leaders and students at Habib University on Friday, one day after he arrived in the country.

Sadiq Khan arrived at Habib University in the morning where he was scheduled to address students and business leaders present on the occasion.

Senior journalists were also there to cover the event and hear the London Mayor speak.

Sadiq Khan spoke on various issues such as deepening Pakistan’s ties with the United Kingdom and London as well as gender equality and business opportunities.

He invited Pakistanis to invest in London and spend their holidays in the city as well. Sadiq Khan said that the city was ‘open’ for Pakistanis always.

Students, journalists and media personalities delighted in taking pictures and selfies with Sadiq Khan.
