Dina Wadia’s death: Sindh Assembly observes a minute of silence

KARACHI: The Sindh Assembly on Friday observed a minute of silence for remembering the late Dina Wadia, the daughter of father of the nation Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

The business of the day on the floor of the provincial assembly seized up for a minute in respect of her.

The assembly members also prayed and offered Fateha for her departed soul and for father of the nation and others.

Wadia, the only child of Quaid-e-Azam, passed away at her home in New York yesterday at the age of 98.
