KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan says the decision of Election Commission of Pakistan to dismiss his reference against MNA Ayesha Gulalai is against the Constitution, Samaa reported.

Earlier today, a five-member bench of the ECP dismissed Khan’s reference seeking to deseat its disgruntled MNA Ayesha Gulalai. The ECP retained the National Assembly membership of Gulalai.

PTI says the decision will be challenged in Supreme Court.

Speaking to reporters in Karachi, Imran Khan said the decision is against the Constitution. - Samaa
