NEWS DESK: Filmmaker Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy expressed outrage on Twitter at her sister’s doctor at AKUH for using her personal information and sending her a friend request on Facebook. As a result, AKUH suspended the doctor. The story, however, did not end here. A number of Pakistanis were upset – not over the breach of privacy or harassment of the woman in question. They were simply mortified because a ‘poor doctor lost his job’ over the ‘fuss’ created by the ‘influential filmmaker’.

Then some Pakistanis came up with a solution: they made Facebook pages and events. Let’s show you some of these pages and the content being uploaded on them.
