KARACHI: Fear gripped Karachi’s Gulistan-e-Johar area after four women were stabbed in the last two days, on Wednesday. According to details, the victims were attacked by the assailant from behind with a sharp weapon. KARACHI: Fear gripped Karachi's Gulistan-e-Johar area after four women were stabbed in the last two days, on Wednesday.

According to details, the victims were attacked by the assailant from behind with a sharp weapon. The women were attacked late at night and the assailant was reportedly on a motorcycle and wearing a helmet.

Four women were admitted in Dar-ul-Sehat hospital in the last two days for stab wounds. None of the victims were robbed.

The brother of a female victim spoke to SAMAA TV and disclosed that his mother and sister were taking a walk when the assailant attacked his sister from behind with a knife.

The victim's brother said that as soon as he saw his sister bleeding, she was taken to the hospital for medical treatment.

Police on the other hand remained clueless regarding the attacks when SAMAA's crew questioned them on the spot.

Fear and panic loomed in the vicinity after the attacks.
