PARACHINAR: Two nephews of SAMAA reporter Khan Afzal were among 15 people who were killed in two suicide blasts at a crowded market in Parachinar on Friday.
The blasts were in a market and went off within three minutes of each other, senior government official Wazir Khan Wazir said.
Many people were at the market buying food for Iftar, the evening meal with which Muslims break the daily fast during the holy month of Ramadan. Ramadan ends this weekend.
No group has claimed responsibility for the Parachinar blasts.
According to our correspondent, his nephews were present in the blast when the bombs went off.
