Price of petrol to be reduced by Rs 1.20, diesel by Rs 1.60

ISLAMABAD: The government has decided to reduce the price of petroleum products by slashing the cost of petrol by Rs 1.20 and the cost of diesel by Rs 1.60, on Wednesday.

According to details, while the prices of petrol and diesel were slashed by the government, the cost of light diesel and kerosene oil remained the same.

The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) had advised the government to reduce prices of petroleum products.

The new prices would come into effect after 12 am today.
