ISLAMABAD: Opposition Leader in National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah reiterated the demand that Dawn Leaks report should be presented before the Parliament.

The Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader said the government’s inefficiency is evident over matter of Kulbhushan Yadav, a secret service agent belonging to Indian RAW, who coordinated terrorist activities in Pakistan.

Saying the handling of the Kulbhushan issue has given rise to suspicions, Khursheed Shah pointed out Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa said the army provided the lawyer for the case involving Indian spy, adding, “The military usually is not as much versed in judicial matter.”

It should be mentioned here that International Court of Justice based in The Hague rubbished Pakistan's stance giving the verdict that the world court has jurisdiction to hear the case. Moreover, the United Nations court issued stay order against the execution of the Indian spy.

“The Prime Minister should have shouldered his responsibility as the issue of Kulbhushan pertains to national security,” Shah remarked. –SAMAA
