Sindh govt hands over Bagh Ibn-e-Qasim to Bahria Town

KARACHI: Sindh government handed over Bagh Ibn-e-Qasim and Aquarium situated in Clifton, to the administration of Bahria Town, on Thursday. 

According to sources, the park and Aquarium were first obtained from Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) by the Local Government Department and then handed over to Bahria Town’s administration. However, KMC’s account will be used to provide remuneration to the employees of Bagh Ibn-e-Qasim and Aquarium.


This park was built under the era of former army chief and President of Pakistan Gen. (r) Pervez Musharraf.
