IGP Sindh seeks report about alleged torture on Waqar Zaka

KARACHI, Jan 28 (APP): The Inspector General of Police (IGP), Sindh, A.D. Khawaja, has taken notice of the alleged torture on  TV anchor Waqar Zaka by unidentified persons near the shrine of Abdullah Shah Ghazi here.

A spokesman of the Sindh Police said here on Saturday that the IGP has also sought a report from the DIG Karachi South in this very regard.

He said that the IGP directed that after collecting evidence from the crime scene, steps be taken for the arrest of the accused. – APP
